Where is the place where you found the best nurses (character wise: think people who are responsible, mature, high quality people) a place where you appreciated your coworkers the most?

Where I am now, I am working with a great team of high-quality nurses in a well-managed department. This can always change. A new manager comes in. Big turnover in staff. New doctors with negative attitudes about nursing. Standards slip.A good department can take a turn for the worse, and it can change for the better. All you can control is you. Your attitudes, point of view make a big difference in how people treat you.
