Applications are open for FAU's January 2015 enrollment date! With just over 4 months until the deadline and 8 months to the start of the program, now seemed like as good a time as any to start a forum to ask questions, relay information, and support possible future classmates.
To start off, I was wondering if any one knew if they normally offer a ABSN program that begins in the Spring. I had only heard of admittance to the Summer semester at the beginning of May.
I kind of made a sample schedule by using the classes that they gave us in the acceptance email! If you use that and the course departmental schedule on myfau, you can get a rough estimate of time frames for each class and on what days they fall on!
Also, I'm having trouble with the Facebook page is there any way to convert it from a page to a group so that way we can post and see who's in it and add each other?
Since we start in two weeks I'm hoping we'll get schedules today! Also I think there's a facebook page and a group. What's your fb name and I can try to add you to the group
Did you ever consider a credit card? Chase bank offers 0% interest for 15 months. You still have to make minimum payments but with no interest for 15 months it can be a better deal than sallie Mae loans if you pay it off quickly.
I am hoping we get schedules soon!! I can't wait any longer I also made a schedule based off of what classes they said we would take and the nursing departmental schedule. Not sure if it will be exactly what we are going to be taking this semester though.

We start school 2 weeks from today and we don't have scheduled! This is a mess!
