   Did you ever consider a credit card? Chase bank offers 0% interest for 15 months. You still have to make minimum payments but with no interest for 15 months it can be a better deal than sallie Mae loans if you pay it off quickly.

    I brought it in person. I did the fingerprints 11/10, brought the form to her on 11/14, and it still isn't approved on certified profile. I emailed her twice but haven't heard back.
