Farmingdale State College Spring 2022 Nursing Program

Hi guys, I am currently a student at Farmingdale under the STS major. I plan on applying for the Advanced Standing Nursing Program in Spring 2021. I have not seen a thread for Spring 2021 so thought I would make one. Everyone can write their stats, TEAS scores, GPA, questions, and any concerns about the program on here. Hopefully this helps everyone out!

For those who applied to Molloy or Adelphi, do you remember how long it took to get your decision

Mine at Molloy took a week. That being said I got my acceptance to Suffolk yesterday so I'm giving my seat up at Molloy!! Now just waiting on Farmingdale.

I still haven't heard anything and its been like 1 month. Waiting is the worst part

It’s been about a month for me too. I called Molloy last week and they told me they were backed up, but the Committee is reviewing applications now. They said we should know by the end of October.

Now we all sit and wait. On the website it says 2 weeks, but in the seminar they said Thanksgiving. Ugh. Hope sooner rather then later.

They said 50 in their seminar. This is the longest month ever!

I applied to Molloy, suffolk, farmingdale. Accepted to Molloy (turned it down) and suffolk (paid deposit) Waiting on farmingdale, because it's my preferred program, but I don't think I'll get in.

I applied to Molloy, Adelphi, Nassau, Liu post and ofcourse farmingdale. I got accepted to Liu post today but turned it down. It wasn't a top choice to start and then they moved the program to a Summer start.

If you got into Suffolk I think you have a decent shot!

sooo applied to Molloy w/ 3.7 GPA and was rejected ? 

I had 1 bad year in college over 10 year ago, I'm guessing thats the reason they passed on me unless they require higher than 3.7GPA. 

Not feeling very confident I hope all my hard work was not for nothing & get accepted somewhere.
