Anyone applying to WesternU's MSN-E program? If so, do you know when they will start the interview process? What they look for in their applicants (gpa, extracurricular, etc)?

i'm about to cry right now :( i feel like crap...... i got denied from two schools... ucla didn't grant interviews to any1 and then i interviewed at usd and got rejected....

Don't cry just yet Kitty, we still have plenty of time to get an email. Two people contacted admissions and they were both told to be patient and that not all of the names have been released for acceptance yet. We can still all be on that list. Let's all have some faith and just take deep breaths. It's not over until sometime in mid August when classes start!

I went to an info session with my friend for Fall 2012 and I believe the Nursing Rep said 12 people were accepted without interviewing for Fall 2011. That means they are only looking to fill about 48 spots. I hope I'm one of them! Good luck to you all. Sorry If I broke any bubbles with this information.

i was at the morning session. If I am thinking of the same person, we talked, I remembered you were from Illinois. I was wearing a skirt and a purple blouse and i wore flats :). They better accept you! You were one of the few people talking and we really need nurses like you!!

sugarplum, please don't be so upset! I also got rejected from ucla, I didn't even make the waitlist! Everything in life happens for a reason and it's too early to despair, the day isn't even over yet
