I’ve been waitlisted but still happy with that outcome! Hearing how competitive the program is ? congrats to everyone that got in!

Did the email explicitly say you were waitlisted? I'm just nervous about the wording and want to make sure I wasn't as well before I deny other schools

Did anyone else get a Financial Aid Notification? It's not the full award letter because I won't know about scholarships offered until mid-May.

I got a Financial Aid Notification as well but nothing about any awards. If you don't mind me asking, did you inquire about Scholarships at UIC and they said they won't be coming out with that info until mid-May?

I went to UIC as an undergraduate student, so I received that information through my UIC email. I'll attach a screenshot in just a second.

Thank you! I just received the official decision, I'm going to be sending an email to -------------------------, the person who initially gave us a heads up that we've been accepted to the program, in regards to Financial Aid. 

Also, I read the letter but didn't see when we have to submit the intent by, did anyone see the date by any chance?

Hello!

I'm a long time follower of this thread and was also recently notified of my acceptance, or how they put "recommended for admission", for the AGMS grad entry program and wanted to know if anyone else's UIC application page hasn't been updated yet and states that additional review is still required? 

Also, has anyone initiated a FB page for this program yet?

Can't wait to connect with you all!

Hello everyone, 
I have some may question.  I'm hoping someone on here can help. I just accepted my offer last Thursday but have not received any information about what's next after accepting the offer.  I had one thing holding my admission back which was that I needed to submit my official transcripts.  I have not received anything yet. Am I the only person who is feeling a little blind?

You might need to email -------------------- on what to do about your transcripts. From the sounds of it, you'd might need to send your official transcripts from your old institution directly to UIC. After you accept your offer, you need to submit your tuition deposit and then the next steps will follow, but take care of your transcripts first.

Thank you for responding. I will send him an email. I've already paid my deposit for my spot. I sent in my transcripts, but I guess talking to someone would be best. Did you get any emails about scholarships or like registration after accepting? I've received the email about the mandatory things we have to do but that was before I accepted my position.
