Just received an email saying I got in! They said the online status won't change for a week or so.

I'd like to see the financial aid package, but will likely be releasing my spot. Best of luck to you all!

I got the email too! This was the school I wanted to go for the longest and I'm so happy I got in! I can't wait until I officially accept my spot!

Also if anybody has info on Rush vs. UIC I would love to hear! I feel like I have so much info on the program at Rush and a limited amount of info about UIC. I don't want to make the wrong decision because of a lack of information so any help/advice is welcome ?

I did too, but I would love to learn more about the program at UIC and its financial package. I'm an out-of-state applicant so the tuition for UIC is more than an in-state student but wanted to see if maybe the financial aid package will be better?

hey everyone, I just got an email also saying that “I was recommended for admission prior to officially entering the University decision.” This is an acceptance right? Or...?!

Yep! The school itself told you that you've been admitted to the program! The University as a whole will need a few weeks to update your admission status.

OMG! Thank you for clarifying! I was so nervous haha but wow I cant believe I got in! Ill be coming from out of state also! Cant wait to meet everyone ??

I have the same question (I also received the email!), I was confused on the language in the email and was not sure if this means we could be on a possible waitlist, but it would just say that right? 

I do not know whether I should consider myself accepted and be excited or wait until it says it officially by the University???

I also got the email!! I assume we got in and are not waitlisted, otherwise it would have specified. Congrats everyone!
