Fall 2018 Miami Dade College

Starting this thread for anyone that have questions or concerns about the 2018 fall nursing program at Miami Dade College. I have a 4.0 science gpa and studying to take the hesi by the end of February. I also plan on applying for the generic full time as well as the accelerated program because I'm not sure which one I want yet. I already have a bachelors from FIU and I literally started all the prerequisites the summer of 2017. If anywho took those sequences can you please share your stories? Pro and con.. And also what is the hesi like!

When is the deadline to accept/reject your seat in the program? The second batch usually goes out the day after.

Didn't know that. June 25th n there is a a few who are giving up part time n one who is going to Barry but he is waiting to heard from them. Don't loose hooe!

Hey! I gave my Deposit and response form this morning for Part-Time Generic.

Is anyone else doing the Part-Time Generic Program?

I just uploaded my CPR and Signed Docs to Complio. I'm curious about how long it will take to do the vaccines and drug test when I made the appointment with my PCP they made it seem like they can complete everything that day!

Has anyone else spoken to there PCP?

The drug testing comes back in ~7 days. Doing my titers on Wed

I did mine in Nursing unlimited, they had the best prices.

Yes it's issued by the AHA, they also have a blended course for $25.
