Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

Along with lonestar, my brother and I also applied to UT Health Cizik, Prairie View A&M, HBU, A&M Corpus Christi, and looking to apply to TWU and St. Thomas later on for Fall 2019 as well. Thats awesome! Is your brother score 7.888 according to his hesi? Wishing you guys look. How awesome is that to have someone to go through the journey with you. You guys will do well.

Aw thank you so much! That really means a lot! We really appreciate it! We did not plan on starting nursing school together funny enough ? His overall score for the HESI was 97 and the score sheet calculated it as 3.888/4. What brought his overall score down was a B in ENGL 1301 if not for that, his score would of been much higher than mine!

Tell him I feel his pain! I have a 94 hesi but a B in English and i never thought i would be sooooo mad about a B in college! Yet here i am lol

Hey Y'all,

I have some questions, can I take the pharmacology class during the summer for the basic track program or do I have to take it once I start the program if accepted lol? and if I have already taken some of the courses like A&P 2, arts, and Psychology, will I be allowed to take more classes in a semester to finish early or do I have to finish the program in 2 years (can't finish early)? Thank you in advance for your responses and opinions ?

Omg yesssss! He says it pains him badly too ? your stats are awesome though! ? Did you apply to any other programs? When I took my HESI for the first time at Lonestar, I made a 85 and that's the score that I have to apply with ?. I retook it a week after using UT Health's school code at a different testing center and made a 90 but I'm not eligible to use it since it's not after 60 days ☹️ Hopefully we can be in a fall cohort together at one of the campuses!!!!
