Lone Star College 2019 LVN to RN transition
No you can not apply while in the LVN program. One of the required documents is a copy of your LVN license. I graduated from Kingwood LVN this past August and just got into NH transition that starts this summer. That was the 1st available program. It’s still not bad though, 9 months and I’m back in

Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls
I accepted an LVN spot Fall 2017, graduated August 2018, and got into the Tranistion this summer. I tried to get back in as soon as possible. I am glad I didn’t turn down that spot because I didn’t get the RN spot that I wanted. It would suck if some of you gave up your LVN spot and didn’t get in, although I hope that doesn’t happen and that every one gets into their desired campus.

Lone Star College 2019 LVN to RN transition
That is so true, I started out at Methodist in the Medical center in 2014, transferred in May 2017 and help open the new Methodist in the woodlands. That got me through LVN school. I worked full time as a PCAIl/UAA. When I finished school and took my Nclex. I was released from Methodist because they did not have a position for me. I have been trying to get back in to one of the LVN Er positions but it is so difficult.
