Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

When I went to talk to the advisor, she said April 19th! So I marked my calendar for that but I'm sure once April hits, we'll all be checking our emails 24/7 lol
Just submitted my application to Montgomery with 7.664. I was scared I missed something, lol. I checked files on laptop and finally after about 20 min I hit the submit button. Praying we all get in. Next task is bls certification. Good luck guys! 3 weeks 2 business days left til deadline.

RubyTX, I did. I originally submitted my application the day I took the HESI A2, which was on February 21st, 2019. A few days later, I got an email from Kaitlyn Long from the Montgomery campus telling me that I had submitted my Hep B titer, transcript, and Ferpa form all as one sheet, and I needed to separate them and resubmit. She unsubmitted my application, and I separated those documents and resubmitted on February 25th. I checked my application again on February 28th, and it had been unsubmitted again, for reasons unknown to me. Thank God I checked it. I resubmitted it, then contacted Kaitlyn by email. I asked her if everything was correct, or if there was a reason my application was unsubmitted again.
After Spring Break, yesterday actually; she emailed me back to let me know that everything looked good on her end. I am so glad I rechecked my application because if I hadn't, it was showing up as not submitted. I thought, did I only think I resubmitted it the first time? But I had received a confirmation email in my Lonestar email box that showed I had submitted it. So that shows me that somehow, it was unsubmitted again. I am thinking that the person processing my application did not realize that I had corrected the document uploading problem and unsubmitted my application the next day thinking I still needed to separate the documents. Kaitlyn Long did verify that my application appears to be in good order right now, which eased my mind. It is worth checking either by email or phone if you have any doubts. Hope this information is helpful to someone, Good luck fellow hopefuls!

Aped2014, I am taking it online/hybrid right now. It started in January and ends on April 29th. Whichever fits your schedule should work for you. I was intimidated by the class, but now that I'm in it I don't think I should have been. I am taking Rita Cinquemani at North Harris. We do go into the Health Sciences building for our exams, which we have 3 pharmacology exams and 3 math exams total. We have discussion posts that are required and activities that we complete on Evolve (same website for HESI A2). We get 6 pages of notes and our drug book for exams, which I have never been able to do in any other class so far, which is nice.
I have my second pharmacology and math exam (they are back to back on your testing day) on Monday. I completed the last exam and was very nervous. There are (around) 20 math questions on each exam, and you can use a simple calculator. The pharmacology exams are on computers in a testing room. They are 50 questions with 5 extra credit. Surprisingly, I was able to get a 96 on the math exam and a 100 on the pharmacology exam last time. I feel this class is manageable with my other class which is English 1302, online. Hope this helps! You can do it!

Does anyone know when nursing school usually starts for the Fall ADN program?
