Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

I tried to find one but they were all taken but I’ve heard things about my professor and it’s a hybrid course! I’m kinda like @FaithRyan exited about the course because it’s my first nursing course

The hybrid course I took this past semester was so fun! I enjoyed pharmacology a lot. The professor I had only required us to come in on test days, she posted audio lectures on d2l, allowed us to bring our drug book & 3 pages of notes on the exam. Managed to pull an A in that class! ?

I’m planning to watch plenty of vids and continue to go over these drugs in the summer so I can retain the info. Good luck to everyone who’s taking minimesters and summer classes!

I think you and I had the same professor. I was in her Thursday class.

Lol!! I was definitely just thinking about this! Like Poe babies next year gotta read though over 150 pages! But it’s not our fault that notifications got pushed back so late!! If we had them by now this forum would be done

Do we get regular Winter break off?

For those of you accepted to Cyfair's LVN do you think the cyfair nursing director will care that we're waiting to hear back from the RN programs? I'm scared it will either push them to tell us sooner or kick us out out the lvn all together
