2019 Fall Enrollment for Nursing (Hillsborough Community College)

Hi!

I wanted to start a board for the fall enrollments for 2019 for the Nursing Program! I have been on other boards for previous HCC entries and find it super helpful and encouraging to hear from others experience as well as overcoming challenges in the process. I plan to apply for the fall class for the nursing program at HCC! I take the TEAS this Monday, fingers crossed all goes well. I look forward to hearing from future classmates! Please, feel free to share and ask questions!

What about for the day time classes? How many times a week do we meet? And how long are the afternoon classes ? I’m in cohort 2

When you complete your background check and fingerprinting, how do you know they received it. Do I email them the receipt they gave me or what. It’s been a week since I had mine done and I’ve emailed them several times but I’ve had no luck

I think they only reach out if they find something in your background? I could be mistaken. I emailed them a copy of my receipt last week also and haven't heard back either. I'm holding on to the sent email (proves I turned it in on time) and the receipt just in case!

One of the emails said to email the receipt to them.

I just got accepted into Fall 2019!! I just need to send the form + $38.

So does everyone have to go to Dale Mabry for orientation? Because I was accepted into Cohort 4 Plant City but says orientation is there. Also fingerprints in Ybor City?

I believe that every will have to go to dale Mabry for orientation and yes fingerprints is in Ybor city

May I ask you what was your gpa?

And also were you placed on a waiting list ? Or you were accepted right a way ? I was placed on a waiting list so I dnt know if they gonna call
