Fall 2018 CSN Hopefuls?

Published

Hello Everyone! After much consideration I have decided to apply for CSN ADN and then I will do the RN-BSN program at NSC. It is more cost effective for me that way. I am in the summer Biol-189 course right now with hopes of getting into AP1 for Fall 2017. I am planning on taking Micro online with Marian University to get some more points in before the March 1, 2018 deadline. Then AP 2 in the Spring!

Is there anyone else out there working on Fall 2018 admission? Where are you in the process???

Have any of you heard about the cutoff points for the Fall 2017 and Spring 2017 cohorts? I wanted to apply for the part time, but considering CSN only accepts 16 people vs the 100+ for the full time, in addition to that I won't have everything done then full time it is for me.

Good of luck to you all! 😊

Hopefully! Another person in this board(Dean) did say there were a few dozen applications at the door on deadline day. But who knows how many were part time

2 weeks down! Roughly 4 to go!

Those were my thoughts today and was delighted the time elapsed is completely measurable. However, after reading your post and looking at the calendar, it seems three weeks are down and there are ~three weeks to go. That is even better.

OOPS! I guess I was sick the day we learned how to read the calendar!

3 weeks down 3 to go? Hopefully this time next month phone calls have been made

If anyone is interested, I created a group for Spring 2019 CSN hopefuls on facebook. We have already formed a TEAS study group and will be posting that info there as well as any questions or general venting we want to do there!

Hi everyone, just met with my health program counselor yesterday she said calls should be made by April 9th!!

I'm nervous :/

Wow that just heightened my anxiety! Lol I figured we were at least a month away!

I'll need to re-arrange my "things to worry about" schedule.

Ok y'all.. advice! I just had an interview today at the VA hospital. I thought it wa done interview but turns out it was the nurse managers from 5 different departments INCLUDING, ICU and ER. I think the Interview went well. What would you all do!!!???? I applied for the part time track. And I'm a mess. This would be an amazing foot in the door and great experience... so confused

I wish you guys would do it on here. I don't have a Facebook .
