Hello Everyone! After much consideration I have decided to apply for CSN ADN and then I will do the RN-BSN program at NSC. It is more cost effective for me that way. I am in the summer Biol-189 course right now with hopes of getting into AP1 for Fall 2017. I am planning on taking Micro online with Marian University to get some more points in before the March 1, 2018 deadline. Then AP 2 in the Spring!
Is there anyone else out there working on Fall 2018 admission? Where are you in the process???
Have any of you heard about the cutoff points for the Fall 2017 and Spring 2017 cohorts? I wanted to apply for the part time, but considering CSN only accepts 16 people vs the 100+ for the full time, in addition to that I won't have everything done then full time it is for me.
Good of luck to you all! 😊
WOW! Huge congrats dean. Must be such a relief! I'm sure you'll get in. Maybe pre-mature but I've been looking into different Rn-BSN bridge programs, and have discovered that TOURO has an amazing bridge! The only pre reqs are having graduated with an ADN , be licensed, and patho. Other than that no pre reqs, program is all on line and only 12 months PLUS o my costs 9k! We'll see if csn goes through with there's but Touro is looking like a definite contender
Well the boards for the last few cycles we're getting calls around 4/15-4/20. So I'd imagine we'd be the same. Omg and can you believ she said if you got in you get a phone call. If you didn't get in you'll get a letter in the mail! I mean not even email.. that's terrible to make some ppl wait that long !
You should join the Facebook group. Most people will post right after they receive the call. Last semester, Spring 2018, i didn't make it and the day everyone got their acceptance calls, the next day I received a letter in the mail that I was not selected (I had a TEAS Memo). So it's pretty fast.

In one of the Face Book pages, a poster said the Fall 2018 start cohort will be the first one to be offered a BSN bridge. If that becomes official, it will be good news.
