Fall 2008 Acceptance Letter - Estrella Mountain

I just got an email with an acceptance letter to Estrella Mountain C.C.!!!! I start in fall 2008 and I am so excited!!! Has anyone else gotten accepted into this program??? I believe this is the first "official" class to start from Block 1 at Estrella....

I was accepted into this program as well, and I believe we will be the first class to go through all 4 blocks at EMCC. :wink2:

Yes, I do believe we are the first to go through the whole course also. I can't wait!! I'm not sure how all of this works, but I'm pretty sure we will all be in the same class? It would be really great to get to know someone who is in the class to maybe start a study group. I'm really hoping to be able to take out private loans so that I can quit working completely and focus completely on school. I am determined to get the best education I can out of this program. I am excited that I finally met one of the other students accepted to EMCC!!!

I am not sure how this program works, I believe we should be getting our packets in the mail soon that will explain everything. I am really excited and am sure we will need the study groups. The thing I am most worried about right now is a job, I am not sure how much we will be able to work. So i guess we will see.

Yeah I am kind of curious to see how the schedule will play out. That is why I decided to prepare my self for taking off completely. I know this isn't an option for everyone though. Come to think of it, I'm not completely sure it is going to be an option for me either, but I'm going to try my darndest to make sure it is!

I was told we would have two days of classes and one day of rotation. If we are only going to school three days, then maybe a part time job wouldn't be too far out? It would be really great if you could find a part time job that is mindless and would let you study.
