I have 4 weeks of acutal classes left. I am sitting at a 72% right now and I need a 74% to pass. This is horrible. I have NEVER ever done this bad in college. What is it with these test in Psych? I don't get it. I studies my buns off and it doesn't matter because it is not black and white. It is a nightmare for me! Any suggestions or uplifting words of encouragement? I can do this, I know I can, but wow, nothing like stressing! I got an A in Cardiac and Peds and NOW psych is klilling me. . . . .. This happen to anyone else and did it turn out OK? I have so much anxiety! I can't stand it. I went and got 6 NCLEX books from the library and I am doing ALL the mental health questions I can possiblly do. . I have nightmares at night thinking I am going to FAIL nursing school!

Maybe you need to get a Hessi book with the CD. It really helps. Come on, do not be too hard on yourself. The Hessi book is what helped me to understand psych and I read up in the textbook on how to respond to a psych patient as it is a bit different from the ordinary patient. You are doing great so far by doing the NCLEX questions from the 6 books. I am sure when you are done, you will achieve a better grade. Lift your head up and keeping on moving my dear, the sun is about to rise!

Did any of my tips help with your last exam? Do you know if it's how you're approaching the question that's steering you in the wrong direction or do you not know how to answer certain questions? Are you learning anything in your clinicals that can help direct you?
