DON'T GIVE UP!!!!keep your eyes on the prize and re focus and re group yourself. Look at where you struggled at and why can't you just repeat the course? Put a better study plan in order hold yourself accountable those bridge programs are fast pace. Jump back in the pool you have people here that want you to be successful. You can do it.

Gah! That should have been your not you're!

I have to quit posting in the mornings after my shifts or they'll take my grammar nazi card.

I've been there before. I applied to nursing school in Fall of '06 and was accepted the first time. I was 20 years old and still working on my pre-reqs. I squeaked through Nursing 1 with a C and ended up failing Nursing 2 by one point. It was rough but I was able to repeat. I ended up failing Nursing 2 a second time, by just two points. I quit then and gave up on the dream.

But almost ten years later, I still had that itch that I wouldn't be satisfied until I became an RN.

Well, I'm currently finishing up my second semester with a 3.5 nursing GPA.

I was too young back then and the timing wasn't right.

What I'm saying to you is that maybe this isn't the right time for you either. Having the confidence in yourself to be able to grasp the material and be successful is more than half the battle.

Take a step back to re-evaluate where you are in life and exactly which path is best for you.

Best of luck to you.

Hi MFaf I'm just reading this now because I'm in the similar situation but not twice. I failed adn program and had to withdraw from class. MFaf you're a faculty in college? How would I be allow admittance after failed from a previous program? What college would you recommend that have more mercy and grace?
