Nursing Students NCLEX
Published Jun 12, 2016
I am currently a LPN. I took my test last August. It was 2 weeks after my mother passed and I had special accommodation. I am on Adderall and Xanax for test anxiety. I graduate in Dec 2005.
I don't know were too start .
Any suggestions?????????

I guess I'm confused...I would think an awesome God wouldn't have taken an entire family out before finally somehow influencing the NCLEX questions to fall in your favor after a decade of attempts.

He works in mysterious ways.
Personally, I do wonder sometimes what God is really saying or doing. When things go well, we think He is in our corner. And vice versa.
But He makes the rain fall upon the just and the unjust. So it is very hard for me to think that He is working on our behalf only when things go well. There is so much grief and sorrow and suffering - is He not also able to use these things on our behalf?
There's such an abundance of "negative" experiences, that I think these must also be in God's plan for our lives and His plan in the bigger scope of time.

please you can judge me however you want / it felt like I didn't pass but you don't know me and if I was your nurse you wouldn't know.
And this is what is scary about being the patient. Your decision not to go back to take a course so that you can get the help you need to grasp the material that you didn't understand is concerning. What will you do when you don't understand at work, just give it a shot and see what happens without seeking help from anyone?
If I were your patient, I would hope to be the 11th patient.

Ten times? Adderall and Xanax for anxiety? You should rethink becoming an RN. What do you do as an LPN? Hospital, LTC, SNF?
I fear we're being trolled here.
Perhaps!
Yes! Take it as many times as you have too!!!!! GEEZ!! People coming on here and saying that the op shouldnt take it again should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!I took my LPN NCLEX 4 times before I passed. I took my RN NCLEX 2 times. NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!!!I don't give a rat's testicle if you gotta take an exam 20 times. As long as they allow you to take it, you have/had every right to do so. These people here didnt live your life. They don't know you. They don't know where you walked, or where you are going. I repeat: NEVER EVER GIVE UP. As long as there is life, there is a chance. Forget about (the ones) telling you not to do something you set your heart to do.By the way, Im glad you passed. Thank God. HE was always encouraging you, even if idiots like the people here on this thread didn't.

No. Don't take it as many times " as you need to". Seriously? Taking it ten times and passing on the 11th? Adderall and Xanax? Obviously the meds weren't helping and OP had a death in the family every time they tested? So no one died this time? This person gets stressed out too easily and obviously has money to burn.
I will let u know i have been working as a LPN I can tell you this. I work for a company that's been behind me100% I do have a great job I will be starting next Monday n yes I know I am accountable, my employer knows I am a harder worker. With that being said I actually didn't take the test 11 times or 10 times I paid my money but had fear of going to the test center many times. This website helped me a lot and I am thankful for the question and I originally started with Suzanne plans. The random facts also help. You can judge me however u want.#NOWONTOGETMYMASTER.

#NOWONTOGETMYMASTER.
So now you're telling us you lied?
God has nothing to do with OP's lack of veracity. We are not getting the truth here. I hope this person is never my nurse.
