Failed my NCLEX 3 times now

Nursing Students NCLEX

Well I just found out that I didn't pass my NCLEX RN exam for the third time . I took the Kaplan review and did all of the questions 3 times now. Obviously it isn't working and I am not sure where to go now. I have met with my instructor after not passing the second time and felt really confident going into it the third time. I as doing good on all of my tests with Kaplan. So if anyone know what I should do now please help. I am looking for a job right now doing anything, because we need extra money coming in. I am married with a 3 year old and christmas is coming up. I so wish I would have passed so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a min. wage job to just try and get by.

:crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2: i got the bad pop up cc on pvt. i failed

I know how it feels coz I failed the first time...i lost my confidence but i told myself I needed to past this Nclex. I moved my test date for like 8x. Since my autorization will expired Oct. dont have a choice but to study and try again. 4weeks b4 my schedule, I practice Q&A using my Saunder books, ATI review from our school. answers question on the web site . I also try to recall the test i got the first time. Make your own plan and from there work things out.

Good Luck

I just want to thank everyone for your support, I know we all need what ever we can get. I did order NCLEX-RN secretes online last night and am anxious to see how helpful it is. My cousin is also getting me all of her CD's she used to study questions. Hope they are helpful. Thanks again to everyone.

Best of luck, Mcgrew! you can do this!!!! Definitely! :) register again in 45 days if possible.

Hi Mcgrew, i know it is hard on your part part but i just got this feeling to encourage you not to loose hope and just give up. I am going to take the NCLEX-PN next week on the 24th of November and all i do is study and pray. Actually i didn't go to school for the program i just did it online and school really is a big advantage in learning i mean literally, like you go everyday and there is an instructor whom you can interact with. But i just want to let you know that it is not the end of the road for you and there is much greater things waiting for you. Just put your trust in God because He knows best for you. The best words that encourages me is this Bible Verse. Philippians 4:6,7:

"Do not be anxious about anything. But in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

I hope this helps coz this is all i'm holding on to and just pray. You just got to have Faith in God and He will be there for you. God bless.

i go on the same boat. i feel the same.. i failed the test twice.. but i really need to pass nclex for my baby. i have a 14 month old girl. and my hubby is not working. now..i'm using ohman's book for nclex rn, saunders book, frye's bullets, and la charity's book. it's hard to find time studying because i'm working. just have faith.. we can do this.. :)

Specializes in none for now.

If you invest a lot in studying i guess none of your hardworks will return to you void. Well, Whatever happens, God is in control and have faith. God bless.

I know how u r feel

I am strongly recommend excel nursing review you can google it

gonna try nclex rn 3500 & kaplan book. i hope it works . if there's available on dec 31 , i'm gonna take my exam on that date.

This page is different from the other pages that I saw.. The other pages were rejoicing their Hearts out, knowing they passed their exam, and they got a good pop up on the PVT trick, which for me I find it reliable.

I just took the test this morning, at 8:00 am, I got shocked when my test end up at 76Q. after I got home, we tried doing the Pearson vue trick, but it says I need to pay a certain amount which most of them said its a sign of failure. Its my first time to take the NClex-Rn, but for me its like a very devastating event. I have a 1 year old son too, who I take care 24/7 while my husband is the one working..

I thought I passed as I walked out the testing area, coz I have this feeling that I got all the answers right. But I was wrong, I got too confident and too relax..

Before I took the exam I told myself, even if I fail Im still going to take it and take it until I succeed. We worked hard for our degree and theres no space for quiters.

Lets do this again. :)
