check out Excel review!!! Kaplan is a waste of money and time and they dont teach you anything that you already know thru out your school!! Hurst is cover all the basic but it lack of nursing intervention. Excell review emphaised on the contents and if you understand the contents, regardless how difficult the questions on the nclex you will have the knowledge to answer!! I took the review and passed it with 75Q!! and it seems every question I know exactly what nclex want!!! Hope this help!!

When you able to understand all the contents: for example if the condition is hypopituitary---how it is associated with specific gravity??? if you able to understand this process your ready!!

Eventhough, I am doing very well through out my BSN prog. I still took the review because I want to pass it first time! This is how I study it: Took excell review, its a 10 days money worth it. It focus on the contents only!!!! After the review, I spent at least 4-8hrs/day going over my notes for two wks!! then I passed at 75Q!! I believe if you understand the contents you will able to answer any questions when time come!! I only did maybe 1000 questions from saunder and realized that I am wasting so much time try to study fragment of materials all over the place!! If you understand and know the content very well then practice questions help if you dont waste your time!! Just know the materials!!!! Hey relax you will pass the next time

Take the review--Google Excell Nursing Review: I took it and passed the first time at 75Q and of course I went over the notes at 4 times and and spend 4-8 hr/day for two wks!! This review cover all the contents that you need to know for the nclex!! Kaplan review is suck!!! they only go over different types of questions unless you already know the contents very very well!! Kaplan wont teach you any thing!!! Hope this help!!

Hello everyone... I want to thank everyone for the most valuable recommendation... However, here is how I deal with n Nclex.. Do not waste your money on Kaplan bc they only go over the questions only unless ur very very very comfortable with all the contents..and just want some perspective how to answer nclex q.. Otherwise, You will waste ur valuable time 3 hrs every days for 60 questions per days for ten days and that's all... I recommend for those who have not take their nclex yet.. You guys should do the ten days contents review with excel nursing review, they cover medsurg, pys, and pediatric... I did the review in nov and spent two more weeks after the review and all I did was reading the notes over and over again about five times.. I took my nclex in dec and passed at 75 q and only took me about an hr.. All the topic were discussion on the review and show up on the nclex...its only $500.00 I think this the best review about there.. If u do the review and do what they recommended you will pass nclex in ur sleep.. Hope this help... Good luck everyone...

Hi there,,, I am just done with nclex.. Stop at 75 and took me one hour!!! I personally think Kaplan it a waste of money unless ur comfortable with all the contents..and you need some perspective about the type of questions on the nclex otherwise it a waste of ur valuable time and money.. 3 hours for sixty questions for 10 days.. Because they only go over questions only!!! My recommendation is excel review..10 days 80 hrs contents only.. I did the review and spend two more wks... I can tell u that all of the contents cover from the review were on my test...i almost know every questions... Hope that help
