Yep, the exam is designed to make you feel like you aren't doing well. That's its nature.
Mine shut off at 75 and I wasn't feeling great about how it was going so far, but I did my best on each question because that's all we can do. I knew at that moment (deep down) that I must have passed, because there's no way I did so badly that it wouldn't have given me more opportunity to prove myself.
Yep, I passed. It's over. ? And I couldn't tell you how many I had of what type of question. And I couldn't even tell you what questions I had, to he honest. It's all a blur. Lol. But it's over. I have my license. And that's what matters.
Come back and give us an update!
You passed.
I also got 75 questions. I only had 2-3 SATA'S and I know the conventional wisdom is that you need tons of SATA's to feel that you passed or whatever, but I got what I considered to be a lot of low level questions (side effects of lasix, expected electrolyte imbalances after long bouts of n/v/d) and I passed! I also remember feeling totally thrown by the test, because it was so extremely different from what I used for prep, but it turned out okay in the end! I'm sure you are fine :)
Do not get discouraged, I took mine multiple times as well in 2013. Now I am working in ICU and everytime I look back and think about my NCLEX failures, it taught me to never ever give up!!!!
pm me your gmail address if u have, I have some review materials that I can share to you online.

I took my NCLEX yesterday and got shut down at 75 questions and 15 special research questions with 30 SATAs, 3 drag and drops, and 2 math cals. What are my chances of failing NCLEX for the first time? I came out feeling like a complete failure. I knew absolutely nothing on the exam. I even used all of UWORLD testbank and self assessment and utilize the entire content of HURST. Did anyone feel that way when they came out? I felt like the NCLEX was a completely different ballgame from everything I studied. I tried the pvt and it gave me the good pop up, but I think it's too early to really know because my results are not available yet. I don't know my results until tomorrow, but can someone please pray for me and give me reassurance??
