Fail with 85 questions on nclex PN?

HAS ANYONE FAILED WITH 85 QUESTIONS on the nclex PN?? and has anyone failed the first time around, gotten to the cc payment page with pearsonvue and then passed the second time around and NOT been able to register? Your answers would really help calm my nerves. Thanks for reading. Your answers would really help as the turn around time for California to get your results by mail is 7-9 weeks!!!!!!

I have heard that with only 85 questions it either means that the computer determined you did really well or really bad!

Hello, I am a first semester RN student. I am looking for a website that has practice NCLEX questions. Does anyone suggest a specific NCLEX book to use for studying? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just took my NCLEX PN on the 20th of October. I also got 85 questions.... I'm so stressed I live in CA, so I can't use the quick results. Have many people failed with 85????

I studied Kaplan, Saunders, Davis, And Exam Cram... I was still not prepared. That test is HARD!!! I got a lot of Pharm, that I did not know. Wish I could be more help::::

i am so scared my test shut off at 85 and I dont know exactly how i feel. I guess i will find out tommorrow. My friend however did not pass and hers shut off at 85, but there are more people passing at 85 than failing. right

There were four of us from my class that took our test on the same day. Each of us cut off at 85 and we all passed. We also all left the facility not totally sure we had passed lol. I have however, heard that some folks failed at 85 so of course there is no guarantee:) But going from my experience I would guess you probably passed.

I took the Nclex yesterday..Walked out after 85 question when the test stopped.. I'm sure I failed it I didnt know any of it. I studied so hard! Im already looking on a new way to study. So all I can say is keep trying I know i will.. Oh and I don't have an open CC so I worked really hard and was so stressed out I broke out in a rash during the test.. Why don't you try the pearsonvue trick? It will put you at ease either way. I was sure I failed also, and I did the pearsonvue trick and found out I passed. Since I'm in California I had to wait in order to get my official results. Yes, the trick worked. Good Luck

Hello all, I have just taken the nclex-pn on thurs. sept 9, 2010 and my computer shut off @ 85 questions, which I was praying that it did not. I was sure that I had failed and said it to everyone that I know. I had about 12 SATA, 3 dosage, 3 pharm, lots of priority and infection control. However, after lots of stress and tears. Today, september 11, 2010 @ 2:30 pm I have passed my nclex pn. Thank you God!!! Never give up people.
