Does your facility have a survey for you to complete?
Do you think your answers are anonymous or have your comments come back to haunt your performance eval later in the year?

I only feel the surveys are anonymous if i fill them out on paper. If they are emailed to me, i print them out, cut off the addresses w/ scissors, fill it out, then interoffice mail to HR. :)

We do ours online, from the work computer, anonymously. I am unsure if they make much of a difference, however. Seems some things never do change anyhow.

always interested in the results , then to see if any positive changes happen in the upcoming months ahead of them. i find that if it cost money, it usually is not instituted.

How are they anonymous on the hospital computer? You have to log in; somehow, they'd be able to ID you, seems to me.

Our place just announced that this years survey is coming thru the mail. Last year we had the DON from **** and those who bothered to fill out the survey took steps so that handwriting and phrasing would not give them away.
I thought about typing mine.......you know I couldn't find a typewriter anywhere any more?
Why not answer on MS word, print that out and staple it to the survey?
That's why i won't do mine on the computer.
Good idea.
available w/o password necessary. that is how.
