If only the public would listen to those of us who are walking the long hospital hallways, donning PPE, and providing care for COVID patients. Why won’t they? I can’t answer that. If only the health care professions could all apply the concepts of evidence-based practice to the COVID vaccine as we do in our day-to-day professional lives.
I think once you accept that people's outputs are a result of what was put in, in the first place, very few people disappoint you re their behaviors except for genetic disorders or incidents.
It certainly also helps me that I don't put humans in any special order and that we are all following the process of living. We frequently reap what we sow!

I've had covid and although it wasn't fun it wasn't terrible. I got vaccinated because that isn't the case for everyone, and I want to do my part to protect other people. Most people advocating for vaccination are not doing so because they are scared of what the virus will do to "them". I'm terrified of what it's doing to my patients.
