Cam someone explain exam cram to me please!! How do i advance??? i am so confused!!!

Are you referring to the book or what? If you're referring to the book, it's 100% worth using for nursing school or NCLEX review.
i am talking about the cd... it doesnt let u reveiw at the end! i just dont understand it! I take a drill and keep on taking it until i get to 75% than move to the next level? can u help me out please?
Exam cram CD is a Computer Adaptive Test format. You need to select how many question you'll practice with. Do that answer your question?

There is an option you can select which will permit one to review questions as you go. Take a look at the Historical Analysis report. You need to reach a certain pass point in order to progress to the next level.
should I get the book?
The CD came with the book. However, I did not use the book, just the CD.

If you have access to a book store and can look at the book first that should help you decide whether to get the book or not. Usually books and CD's come together although I know you can buy separate cd's I personally would get both like Saunders as a good review book as well as plenty of questions
