Since ATI provides no student assistance to interpret scores, let's help each other! If enough of us enter our complete TEAS scores, we'll be able to compare notes to see how we rank in different programs, what to aim for if your school requires a Program percentile rank rather than a series of scores, etc. There is another thread where people are sharing their scores, but it looks like most people are just sharing their Adjusted Individual Total Score or whatever applies to their particular school. By sharing all the info, we can help each other better.

I'm thinking of retaking it just to hit that exemplary mark.
Before you retake the TEAS check you college for their policy on TEAS scores, and ask whether or not they take Highest score or MOST RECENT score. I retook the TEAS and actually scored lower. The university policy where I got accepted was I could use my highest score on the application. Some colleges go ONLY by most recent score.

I left the test shaking. I was so nervous!!! I've never taken Chemistry, Physics, or any Earth Science classes, and have taken all pre-reqs except A&P II so far, so my science is definitely weak. I don't know why my math is so bad. I've always been pretty lousy at math. I hope my score is acceptable for CCBC's RN Program...eeek!
I left the PSI testing center leaving really horrible about everything. I only was able to study for a few days in between my summer class and the exam. I thought I did poorly.
I took my TEAS yesterday. I was almost certain I had bombed out on the science section. I've not taken A&P yet (huge number of my questions were A&P questions), but I actually did really well!
Reading 88.1% 91 & 97 percentile
Math 96.7% 99 & 99 percentile
Science 75.0% 90 & 98 percentile
English & Language Usage 93.3% 99 & 99 percentile
Adjusted Total Score 86.7% Advanced
SO STOKED!
I spent roughly 2 weeks preparing. I did the practice exams in the ATI book, bought the McGraw-Hill practice tests, and watched videos on YouTube about any chemistry, biology, and A&P stuff I needed to work on. These things were excellent prep tools.
I felt the actual test was much harder than the practice tests. There were terms I wasn't familiar with, Anatomy things I wasn't clear about, and detailed Biology questions that threw me for a loop.
All in all, though, I'm happy with my score but even happier it's OVER :)

These are my old scores, I'm now a senior in a BSN program. NOTE,my type of program said ADN...it does not matter.
