Endorsement of RN License

Hello! I badly need your help guys! I am a RN in New York, I applied for an endorsement in New Jersey. They're looking for a NURSING SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT/CGFNS as one of the requirements. I'm a bit confuse who am I going to contact for my transcript. Do I need to contact CGFNS and

ask for my transcript? Thank you in advance!

Sounds like you trained outside the US. The state is looking for either your transcripts or report from CGFNS

NY does CVS, NJ needs CES report. Contact CGFNS to see if they can use records submitted previously. CVS is just a summary. CES actually evaluates your credentials & transcripts submitted for comparison to BoN requirements

Yap, I did CVS when I took my NCLEX. I studied in the Philippines. So there's no possible way to bypass the CES when you are applying for an endorsement and studied in the Philippines? Thank you so much! God bless!

Not if you want to be licensed in NJ.
