I heard if you didn't get any endocrine system questions (pituitary, thyroid, cushing's, addison's, myxedma, graves) then you didn't pass because these questions are considered high-end difficult questions. Is this true?
I know this question might sound silly. I personally don't think it's true, but a tiny part of me is curious - to all who passed, is this true?

Absolutely a myth. You can't predict a pass/fail result based on the number of questions or on the presence/absence of a certain question type or theme.

i think i got 4 or 5 endocrine questions and im pretty sure i had answered all of them correctly.i took nclex-pn on sept 22 with minimum of 85 questions and i passed it for the first try.i ve just received my license here in the philippines.

I agree, a total myth. I personally was surprised to only have 1 endo question (Cushing's) on my NCLEX.

i got maybe one endocrine on nclex rn and passed and my friend had like 20 endocrine and passed.
