Emory Spring 2021 Nurse Residency Atlanta

Published

Hey everyone! I just applied to the Spring 2021 Residency here in Atlanta! I'll be graduating this December. I wanted to make a forum so everyone who has applied to this residency, or any residency in Atlanta, can stay up-to-date and informed! I'm so excited!! I am waiting for Piedmont to post the residency application for Spring 2021 as well

Has anyone applied to CHOA and heard back?

I applied to CHOA 10/6 did a Hirevue interview that week and my application just says under review.

Some CVICU interview spots for Emory opened up!

Hey everyone, I applied to Emory, Piedmont, Wellstar, CHOA, and Northside. I am an out-of-state applicant, I had no idea how early the applications open in Georgia! I've been invited to an interview for Emory but not for the floor I'm interested in and a recruiter sent me a message from Northside asking if I was still interested but that was in early October. I did read on a previous thread Northside interviews way later. I am just commenting to keep up with the thread and get a feel for what to expect ?

I applied to Piedmont but havent heard anything back. My application says "completed". anyone else?

I'm having a similar experience. I'm interviewing at Emory, fortunately, I got the backup units I wanted; although I originally wanted L&D/Mother-Baby. A Northside recruiter contacted me but I haven't heard back yet either. Piedmont sent me an email when I first applied about other hospitals taking new grads this year, but they weren't in the areas I am wanting to move to.

Does anyone have an ED interview with EUH that can switch times? Looking for a 12 or a 3:30

Had anybody with a SICU interview heard anything from them besides the first email confirming the interview? I be gotten a few other emails for the other unit I’m interviewing floor but none from SICU, such as a link.

The only emails I’ve gotten in regards to the SICU are the first confirmation email and then an email from the recruiter today with the zoom metting info!

Hey guys! I interviewed with Piedmont Atlanta's cardiac unit managers and accepted an offer on the cardiac step down unit! I received an email about two weeks ago from the Northside recruiter to schedule an interview but Piedmont was my first choice! Good luck everyone

How was the interview and what did they ask? they just called called today for an interview tomorrow
