Emory Spring 2021 Nurse Residency Atlanta

Hey everyone! I just applied to the Spring 2021 Residency here in Atlanta! I'll be graduating this December. I wanted to make a forum so everyone who has applied to this residency, or any residency in Atlanta, can stay up-to-date and informed! I'm so excited!! I am waiting for Piedmont to post the residency application for Spring 2021 as well

Did everyone get to sign up for their Emory Interview? My link didn't get sent to my email until like 12:04 and by the time I tried to sign for any ICU interview everything was full *sign* hopefully something will open up... Emory is my top choice

That was pretty intense! I am sorry to hear that!! I tried for labor and delivery at first, but every time I selected a time it would said that it wasn't available anymore. However, I did get an interview at University for BMT unit so I am pretty happy!

They did fill up very quickly. I was able to get the 2 units I wanted.

Hi! Does anyone know how many people Emory typically hires? Or if they hire multiple nurse residents per unit?

I have an interview this Friday for the Med Surg unit. I really want an interview for critical care. Do y’all think anyone will cancel?

For Oct 16th? I thought the email we got said don't sign up for any other dates beside October 27 and 28th ? I missed my chance cause I saw an ICU position open for the 16th!

I applied to CHOA and received an email to do the HireVue interview within the first week and then have not heard back since.
