Emory Nurse Residency Fall 2020

I want to start off by saying I hope everyone is staying safe! I’m currently in my last term of nursing school, I just applied to the Emory Nurse Residency Program fall 2020. I’m stressed about the process in general but with everything CoVID related I’m afraid that I won’t be considered a strong applicant, my clinical for the last two terms has been cancelled and We’ve been forced to do everything online. Anyone else feel this way? Has anyone applied to any residency programs?

@Auburn_RN does this mean I submitted my application correctly? I went in to make changes in May, but I haven’t heard anything since then.

@Nurse_Ari2020 A recruiter reached out to me very shortly (probably within a week) of submitting via phone call before I looked to see what my status was so not sure! I would email the recruiter for the specific hospital you applied to! Base pay is $29/hr starting out plus shift diff!

I was unable to get an interview spot for Emory in L&D at Decatur and I haven't heard anything from Piedmont. I sent Nneka an email last week but haven't heard anything yet.
