Hi all,
Emory's New Grad Residency Program has begun accepting applications for their March 2014 cohort. Use this topic to post any updates or information about your experience with the application process.
Good luck to everyone!
Rachel1987, I was positive that I would go ahead with the plan as was set with the other institution up until about 5 minutes ago. My mom called and said one of her MD friends "knew I was choosing Emory"... so confusing, and only a few more hours to figure it all out. Will you be at EUHM in the ER too? Have you received a definite shift yet?
@troop949 Public health nursing is awesome! I'm sorry you didn't get the residency. I know how competitive it is, so I'm just hoping to make it to the interview. I bet you are a wonderful nurse/future nurse with a great future! Also, there are PLENTY of other places to work in ATL. (I'll be applying to others myself)! Good luck! Best wishes and thank you for this thread :)
To KRN910: the manager I met with is very friendly and nice. The questions are all about your experiences in life, including situational or behavioral issues. To [COLOR=#003366]troop949, sorry to hear about the news. I am still waiting their responses. Wish you all the best in your next endeavor.

@inGod'stime-- I definitely think you owe it to yourself to be thorough and thoughtful. It's a huge decision, and you need to do what you think is best. Have you made a decision? Will we be working at Emory together?
