I received my financial aid packet a few days ago for the MN program and it looks like the COA for 1 year is approximately 78,768.00, but this includes loan fees, room and board, tuition, insurance, and other school fees/expenses. I'm not sure how it works with the MN being a 15 month program though.

Did you receive the financial aid package via mail or email? And may I ask when you were accepted? I am trying to find out when I might hear back about mine but I was only accepted recently.

Look at the summary, it only has Fall and Spring semesters. I called today because I was confused about the price and the answer I got was that financial aid cannot predict out for an entire year so it basically states the cost for two semesters at a time on Opus. So double that number. If you get a different answer from someone let me know...I’d call if I were you to verify. I was shocked at the cost

JUST tuition is $23,494 per semester which equals $94,000

I received an email to check my OPUS account. I was admitted in November and filed my FAFSA then as well. Good luck

Anyone else who hasn't received a decision yet get an email today? They asked me to switch specialties! Any idea how long it will take to hear back about decisions after doing this?

Which program did you originally apply to?

Hi Luna,

What do you think about Emory asking you to switch specialties?

I applied to nurse midwifery and switched to women's health. How about you?

I think it's really nice that they give applicants another chance to be considered for a similar specialty. It works out for the population I want to work with, but I imagine this would be a harder decision for others. What do you think?

Yes, I definitely think that giving you an option for a similar specialty is way better than denying admission due to unavailability.

Emory is a great school.... I wish you all the very best.
