Emory applicant for 2011

Greetings everyone:

I just sent in my application for Emory University for next year. I was wondering if anyone else has applied or are planning to apply. Currently, I am taking classes at GPC. I would love to start a little support group. If anyone is a student at Emory and would like to offer some advice it would be much appreciated too. Good luck everyone!

Congrats dorshee and NurseGradHopeful! I assume you both applied to the ABSN or BSN/MSN segue?

Yea I was accepted to the ABSN/MSN program. So I am not sure if the other program letters have come out yet. I hope that the wait isnt too much longer for everyone else and wish you luck!

ah yes, in the rush of listening to the voicemail, I posted that incorrectly. The online status should be up as of 5pm EST today. In the voicemail, they said my paper copy would go out tomorrow morning. I also applied to the ABSN/MSN program. thanks everyone!

I applied to the ABSN/MSN program and got accepted as well!! I am SOOOO excited to know that I'll be going to graduate school next year!!! Quick question for others who have been accepted: did your acceptance letter, when you click Admissions Decision, say "Undergraduate Nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing Nursing"? I just want to make sure I was accepted to the correct program!

Yes, I think they lump all the BSN (Accelerated, second degree, BSN-MSN seque) under the Undergraduate School. However, my voice mail stated I was accepted to the Accelerated BSN program.

Congrats to those of you who got in! I just read my acceptance letter on OPUS--could not be happier!

Are y'all going to the Experiencing Emory event on the 19th? Do you know what the event might entail?

The Experience Emory event can be found on OPUS under events (I think the events link is near the view decision letter).

I just checked OPUS.....I got accepted! Ya'll had me nervous for a second because I never received a phone call.
