So I decided to start a thread for the Fall 2018. Any current/prospective student on here? What GPA did you have when you applied and how competitive is the selection process? If you don't mind sharing your work experience and GRE score, that will be awesome. For those who are enrolled, do you mind sharing your experience?
For those of you that have already received an admissions decision, did you all apply for the ABSN+MSN or just the MSN portion?
Hi @nurseB_2NP,
Which speciality did you end up choosing, as I think it makes a difference since applicants are admitted by specialty? FNP I believe is earlier then CNM.

Hey @TangoDeux,
I ended up going with FNP. Although we are technically not required to hear back until Nov 15th, I am starting to get a bit nervous especially since others are hearing back.

Do all of your checklist items have green checkmarks? All my pre-reqs still have red Xs which means my application hasn't been reviewed yet. I'm going to build in more time for admissions to respond to my application because we had to reselect our specialty. That could be why it's taking longer for us. Hopefully that helps a little with the waiting.

So all of my stuff has been checked off except for one transcript. I'm going to patiently wait for a response especially since they have until Nov to give us decisions. Although - it would be nice to hear something soon being that I applied early July. But I think you may be right in regards to changing up the specialty.

I'm only applying to MSN portion. Anyone else in that boat? I wonder if the notification times are the same.
