i know some of us have received our letters so i was wondering who else i will be making this journey with for the next 2 years.

my name is allison shaffer and it's nice to meet you. i know we will all be close because it's a small group. it would be nice to get to know some of you before november 17. :)

Medical City Dallas is an AWESOME hospital! I've had several surgeries there by Dr. Kenneth Salyer....who is sadly retiring this December. :( Anyway, the nurses there are great, the hospital is nice, I've never had a bad experience that I remember at least. LOL

I went to observe and assist two baby birth classes at a local hospital. It was great.

Brianna- I worked for the Susan Komen Race for the Cure. Ours was due back in October and it was going on at that time. Have you found any ideas?

Yeah, I've been just kinda laying low lately. Between hectic classes, my SO's grandfather passing away and still being bummed that I didn't get in this time around, I haven't felt like myself. I hope to shake it off soon :D
