El Centro/ Northlake Nursing Spring 2014

Hello all! I'm new here and have not seen a post for El Centro spring 2014. I was originally planning to apply for fall 2014, however I just heard that the point system and prerequisites have been revised! Now I will be able to apply for this spring! I don't know if I will get in, but its worth a shot! Anyone else applying for spring 2014?

Finally, the new app is out and the deadline is approaching. Good luck to everyone.. Does any know if there are advantages to going to the El centro campus vs North lake campus or vice versa. I have yet to see a thread which offers any suggestions. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have their points figured up yet? With the new point system, it's hard to tell what everyone is gonna have. I just took the hesi and made an overall 90.8. Vocab lowered my score a lot so I know that I've lost points there. I'm starting to worry ?

Hi all! I will be applying for the Spring 14 session. I applied this past fall but didn't get in. I knew my points were on the low side - 18 - so I wasn't expecting to make the cut. I just re-took my HESI so it looks like under the new point system I will have 33 points. I hope this will be enough to get in this time:) Now I just need to be sure to get the rest of my packet in order. My last physical was in December 2012 but I guess I will need to get another one before I submit my application. Same thing with the flu vacc...grrrr .... but I figure better safe than sorry. Do you know of anywhere to get a flu shot? I received my last one in October 2012, last flu season. I have called multiple dr offices, pharmacies, and the health department and no where has them until September at the earliest.
