El Centro / NLC Fall 2019

Hello,

I wanted to start a thread to see if anyone is applying for the Fall 2019 program at El Centro (hoping to get into the North Lake program). I'm getting ready to send my application and await the process. Just didn't see a thread yet and wanted to connect with my hopeful future Colleagues. I've read the Spring 2019 thread and it was exciting to see everyone come together during this process to share in this fantastic journey! I'm hoping to connect with anyone going through this experience with and hopefully also be in the program with me.

Me and my best friend are bridge and we were both excepted into the program. I have been in nursing all my life working my way up the ladder. full time job and father but i finally finished my prerequisites applied and got in. i'm super excited and for those that read these post and wondering if you can do it just take that leap. its hard work but it will pay off in the long run. See yall on June 26th for orientation.

I’m pretty sure that means u got in!! I was denied last cycle and it was in a small envelope

Does anyone know if there is a restriction on what kind of watch we need, can it be an Apple watch?

Got my letter! I didn’t get in and I’m really shocked! But I already got into my first choice so I guess it was for the best! Good luck to the rest you!

Congratulations on getting into your first choice!! How many points did u have if u dont mind me asking?

I got accepted with 32 points. 90% on Hesi. However, I was accepted at Brookhaven and will go there. So there will be at least one opening for anyone waitlisted or next on the rank that didn’t get in.

Has anyone not received their letters? I applied with between 30-32 points and a 90% on the HESI.
