El Centro / NLC Fall 2019

Hello,

I wanted to start a thread to see if anyone is applying for the Fall 2019 program at El Centro (hoping to get into the North Lake program). I'm getting ready to send my application and await the process. Just didn't see a thread yet and wanted to connect with my hopeful future Colleagues. I've read the Spring 2019 thread and it was exciting to see everyone come together during this process to share in this fantastic journey! I'm hoping to connect with anyone going through this experience with and hopefully also be in the program with me.

The lowest points to be accepted for the Spring 2019 class was, I believe, around 28 points--one girl applied with 23 points, and said she was off by 5 points. I am not sure what the cut off for the Fall 2019 class is though, since no one has mentioned yet about denials and their points applied. If it helps, I was accepted into the Fall 2019 application cycle with 39 points.

You stated you were accepted with 39 points. Did you apply for fall 2019? or did you get accepted and something happened where you left?

Yes, I applied and got accepted in the Fall 2019 class. Sorry, I should have been more clear.

Mine said I wasn’t accepted but I was right below the last accepted applicant. It says that if someone declines the next person on the list is contacted. I had 26 points. Does anyone know what this mean? Am I the next person to be contacted??

I applied with 27 points. My hesi score was 91.2% with an 88% in A&P and a 94% in math. I think with one more point I might’ve been accepted because I think the lowest they accepted last semester was 28 points.

Does it say what the least accepted points were?

which Chemistry class did you guys take? I see there is two different ones just want to make sure I take the right one or get points for the right one thanks ?
