Hi everyone. I applied to El Camino College, Compton College and Cypress College. I was hoping we could help each other out in sharing information. This is my first time applying to any nursing program. All I know for now is that ECC is supposed to send an email to potential candidates to take TEAS on or around Oct 21. What I don’t understand is if we will get the invite around that time or if we will be TESTING around that time. It can be read either way. At compton, the lady at the front desk said they’d be behind one week for testing due to her being gone due to a death in the family. So she said that if I got an invite to take the TEAS elsewhere, to do it and then contact her so that she can tell me where to send it. All I remember from Cypress is that we should get an email by Dec 12 or so and to call the school if we don’t. But I don’t remember what they said as far as the TEAS. I guess I’m wondering if denial letters also get sent when invites for TEAS get sent. Anyway, I’d appreciate any feedback from anyone. Thanks!

I sent results last week via ati , selected Institution: Compton college , received email confirming results were sent to compton. I waited till today to call Compton & confirm but the lady said they didn’t receive anything. I’m confused on how to send, I did everything the same as ecc but Compton want it sent to [email protected] , ati said they don’t send results via nursing email, idk ? confused & stressed , so I plan on going to Compton tomorrow since Monday is a holiday & the last day to submit. Anyone else with this problem or knows how to submit to Compton ?
Oh ***, you’re right. Monday is a holiday. I’ve never sent results. Idk how that would work either. I just did it like you said, but what I also did was forward the email that ATI sends you confirming the payment to Compton. It has the report of how you did attached to it. I’m also emailing customer support at ATI and asking them the same question. Did u talk to someone at ATI? They told you they don’t do that? And when u spoke to Mrs. E at Compton, she told you it had to be done that way?? What time are you going tomorrow?

Ati emailed me back saying Compton received my results & to have them look up my exam date. Not sure of her name but she told me I had to call ati & have them send To [email protected] . Not sure if they got lost or she didn’t look it up correctly. I also received results pdf format, when I asked if I could send them to [email protected] she said ati has to send results not me. I’ll prob go around 12p.
I could be wrong but I think they close at noon on Fridays, so call and make sure. The last time I went to submit paperwork on a Friday they closed at noon. I’m going to call in the morning and probably head out to see if I can speak to the main counselor-the boss lady. I can’t remember her name. If ATI doesn’t send it to an email and they’re telling us they can’t, then how the hell are we supposed to submit it? Email when u head out, maybe we can figure this out together if she says the same tomorrow again.

Yeah, I’ll call early & ask what time they close , sometime it’s better to explain in person. I’m as confused as you.I hope this issue gets resolved , I should have called last week to confirm. she Told me that she will be going through all the scores on Tuesday & selections will begin. Hope we hear from el Camino tomorrow ?
I sent my scores to Compton just selecting Compton College in the Ati web page. Then, I sent an email to Ms Ellis asking her if they had received my Ati transcripts just to make sure and she replied me 3 hours after that effectively they had received my transcripts. I did all this process last Friday, on Nov 1st.
She wrote this:
“Your electronic ATI TEAS testing results have been received from ATI at Compton College. The committee will meet again after testing has been completed by all spring 2020 applicants for re-scoring and acceptance determinations. It is our hope that we can provide you with their finalized decision by e-mail on or before Friday, November 22, 2019.

Thanks for clarifying. I did the exact as you , so idk why they haven’t received mine, I’ll call again tomorrow.

To send an Official Transcript of your TEAS scores to any school you are applying to, please log in to your account. Go to the ATI Store by clicking “Online Store” in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Once you are on the ATI store, on the left hand side under “Shop by…” you will click the option “TEAS Products”. Find the “TEAS/Discover Transcript” option, and click “Add to Cart”. Follow the steps of the order process.
When you choose COMPTON COLLEGE, it will go to the email address that we have on file: [email protected]

So it seems like the issue here is that Compton isn’t clear in their instructions. They shouldn’t even have mention that in their email. Something probably went wrong with your submission or she didn’t see it. Email ATI and ask them if they can resubmit your results since u already paid for them and you’re being told that they didn’t receive it. They surely can’t “not receive them” twice.

Thanks for the info. I realized there is two ways on the ati web on how to send results. With ecc I clicked on my results where it said share, then I selected institution & payed . There was no problem with ecc, so idk why Compton can’t find them, but I’m going to call . Their hour today are 9:30-12p.
