Edison State College 2014

Hello! Is anyone applying for Edison(Lee campus) for fall of next year? I plan on applying in the spring for the evening program. I'm also in the process of finishing my last pre reqs and studying for the Hesi. I know the evening program is about 5 semesters but does anyone know if its shorter when all pre reqs are completed? So far I've gotten all A's in them. Thanks in advance

I signed up last week and I will be taking the class the 24th of june 6pm to 10pm

I got into Collier!!! My background and drug screen are cleared, and now like you I am waiting for the acceptance packet. It has been the longest 3 weeks!!! Hopefully we will get them this week.

Hey guys can anyone tell me how long it took everyone to get a turn around on their prints? I had mine done on the 16th. I called FDLE today and they said they don't have any record of my prints. starting to wonder if I need to redo my prints. Any insight would be great. Thanks

it took about five days, I would definitely call edison and let them know whats going on as well since the deadline is the 20th.

Thats not good :(. It takes about 3-5 business days to clear if there are no issues. It might take longer if they reject them. Did you get a receipt from the UPS store? If so then you should be able to go online and track it with your TCN# on the Daon site and they will show you the status and if there are any problems. In the meantime let your campus assistant know what's going on. Hopefully they can extend the deadline for you.

Curious why did it take you so long to get your prints done? My understanding that they go to FDLE and then on to the FBI. If you had to re submit them or if there was a problem I think they would have contacted you by now. It sounds like they're lost completely which is terrible. Are your drug test results on Certified Profile? Call your campus and let them know what's going on because the deadline for everything to be completed is today. Maybe they can help but I'm not quite sure. I remember reading somewhere that the deadlines were firm. Good luck

I called this morning. The lady said as long as I had them taken and have the receipt I am ok. If I need to retake the prints I will do that. Apparently, Daon has my prints and are waiting for a new process to start to send them lain with other applicants.
