EC Practice Exams....

Published

Ok I admit- I did ask this before but am still curious-

How did your scores on the practice exams relate to the actual exam scores? Were they way off? I have made 70s :o so far on the Transititions Practice Exams and am soooo worried about failing the actual test.

So how did you guys do?? Thanks in advance!!

i would take the exam if i were you. those practice grades are good. you are ready. i know this is your first exam that is why you are hesitating and not sure when to be ready. bite the bullet and see. just remember to be confident on the day of the exam. i am studying for lifespan 2 now and will be taking it in less than 3 weeks. i am even thinking of scheduling it earlier because i am looking at the psych part and endrocrine part and i pretty much know the materials, just need little review. i shall see next week if i would reschedule it for an earlier time. i am feeling more confident with lifespan 2 than lifespan 1.

anyway, if you really think you need one more week to study then go ahead and do that. after your first exam, you will kinda get the idea of how to study for these exams.

good luck diana and let us know. i'm sure you'll ace it.

Well I just took Form B, felt like I really did well on it and understood everything... and got a 72%- UGH!! The trick questions they put on there are ridiculous. I really felt like the actual exams have been more straightfoward so I'm going to go for it. Exam is 8am tomorrow, I really hope I do ok!! Just need to review theorists and the other history stuff, I somehow bombed that section :(

Apparently 72% is a good grade for the practice exam... I got an "A"!!!!:w00t:

Diana, go for it! The real exam was a LOT less confusing so if you know the concepts you should do fine :)

1 question I have for everyone. I'm gearing up to taking the Health Safety exam, but is the apothecary system on the actual exam? I don't know if I should study that section or not b/c we skipped it in nursing school. Thank you in advance for your replies.

I enrolled in July & under the packaged pricing option, but am planning to take Health Safety soon. I've been studying for it off and on for a while now so I need to overcome my test anxiety and just do it!
