Eau Claire area Things To Do and Hotels Recommendations

Published

I am researching the ease and affordability of taking a seminar in October at the University in Eau Claire. I am wondering, what suggestions I might find regarding things to do in the area, whether I should stay an extra day and rent a car to "be a tourist", and what Hotel / Motels suggestions I could find that would be in the University area.

The course is on Foot Care and Nail Care; do you know anyone who has taken the course?

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. ;)

Where do you live right now?

About 2 years ago I moved back to my hometown from living in Eau Claire for about 5 years. I went to college there. I had fun while living there. What are you interested in??? Night life? Shopping? Traveling?

Oh, you should go to Chippewa Falls. It's a really cool town. Large logging town. There is a park there with different types of animals--(very small zoo) the Leinenkugel's Brewery is there also. Don't know if they are giving tours this time of year???? I've never gone on a tour, but have always wanted to.
