hi Jen, Your PM inbox is full so I'll post my response here: Yes, its a 12 month accelerated program that cost $3600. The only thing is they accept a smaller amount of students than most LVN programs in CA.
Lol no jk. I had a mcds next to my school and it was bad. My whole class gained weight. I wish I was into the meal prep life while in school. Cook something easy on Sunday, maybe In between studying. Overnight oats are delicious too. You can probably whip up 2-3 and you'll have breakfast for those few days. Easy and on the go.

Fruit and nut and veggie homemade smoothie.
Egg whites scrambled-- you can cook them in the microwave. Wrapped In a whole wheat tortilla. Plus salsa or black beans (canned) wrap it in foil and you can take it with you.
Whole wheat bagels with nutbutter
Scrambled tofu with veggies. You can make it a few days before and pack it in a small container.

Tart apple slices and small sticks of sharp cheddar wrapped in slices of ham lunchmeat. Pop a few in a ziploc and you're off.
Yogurt with grape nuts mixed in.
You can get bags of frozen sausage patties and my kids make sandwiches with them on mini bagels and english muffins all the time, usually with a scrambled egg microwaved in a small bowl so it's round too. (Spray bowl with nonstick for easy cleaning.) Add cheese if you like.
I love smoked almonds mixed with sweetened dried cranberries.
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana slices. Or with cream cheese and your favorite jelly or fruit spread.
Scrambled egg burritos with salsa and cheese. Maybe add avocado if you have some.
I try to keep a few hard boiled eggs and some good quality cheddar cut in cubes or sticks in my fridge most of the time so I have something quick to grab that is still healthy. I try to always have at least apples and bananas in the house at all times, too, and if not those, some kind of fresh fruit.
What you want is a combination of lean protein, complex carbs, and a little fat that will keep you satisfied for a few hours.
And don't forget the God of Breakfast.....COFFEE!
