Anyone else applying to Duke MSN program for Spring 2019? Application deadline is Monday and it's all I can think about! I'm applying to the PNP program. Would love to connect with some other potential cohort members!

Specializes in Hospice and Palliative Care, Medical-Surgical.

I've also applied to the FNP program for spring 2019. Has everyone received an email for an interview? Has anyone received notification that they didn't get in? I haven't received an email yet about an interview so I'm freaking out a little bit!

My email said interviews had to be scheduled by close of business today and the interview dates are 9 July through 13 July. I would give admissions a call today to find out more information.

I applied for the adult-gero np program and I haven't heard anything yet either. I called them Thursday and they said my application started the review process on the 25th, so I should hear back from them in 2 weeks from review date, which would be this coming up week. I am definitely going to call them on Monday tho! What track did you apply for, the DNP or MSN?

I work at Duke and from the research I've done, it looks like tuition is a little less than 1800 per credit hour.

I applied for the FNP BSN-DNP Program.

No word from Duke yet for me... my application was late to enter review as my transcripts were a little unusual, hopefully that's why I haven't heard yet. I applied to MSN-PNP.

People that are interviewing this week, how did your interview go? What kinds of questions did they ask?

When do you interview ErRn17? I go Thursday at 1530.

Mine is today at 1000. I am so nervous as Duke is my first choice.

Good luck ErRn17!

Thank you! I think it went decent I guess. How did yours go? Did they say anything about acceptance rate?

I feel the same, it wasn't so bad at all. I asked about acceptance rate and my interviewer was unsure. I was told mid-August we should have our decisions.
