No, so the heading should just be the title number of the statement for example "Personal Statement 1" so on and so forth for all 4 of them! I was going to apply for master's entry but absn is better honestly(: let me know if you need anything else.

I was actually told that it needs to be the whole personal statement topic question that needs to be put in the header.

I asked, particularly about the 4th statement as it’s like 4 lines long! But was told to make the header the prompt. I guess either way would be acceptable! Prayers up, hoping we get in ? good luck!

Is everyone applying for ABSN programs only or will you consider other schools that offers Direct -entry MSN?

PNP is actually my ultimate goal, kids are my thing. but that being said, the experience you receive as an RN won't top anything else! That bedside experience, the networking of people of hospitals and clinics is a great experience.

and the truth is direct entry programs make a LOT of money for the schools that offer it because most of them, you can only sit for NCLEX at the end of the two years. and I also want to apply for pediatric nurse residency programs. But I'm definitely applying to grad school within a year -2 years. ? What are your thoughts?

This will be a second career for me. Although doing PNP sounds a really better career option down the line but I will have to get my RN licensure first to even consider doing PNP. My background is Rad Tech and I've worked in tons of trauma hospitals across the country for the last 10 years. I have made some amazing friendships with my rad tech peers as well as my nursing colleagues. There are quite a few rad techs that I knew that have enjoyed the switch to nursing which is why I'm considering this route as well. I commend you for going for pediatric nursing -- it is highly specialized that there are only a few RNs that I know whom have considered the career choice. It's definitely not for everyone. To be perfectly honest, I am also nervous about not having a job right after school since most places these days require you to have a nursing experience or they will not hire you.

that's amazing!! this is also a second degree for me also ? I can def see why you'd feel some type of way about that. but that's why I mentioned residencies as an option! they are specifically for new grads! nurses with more than 6 months of experince are not allowed to apply for them! same salaries, even better experience because you are integrated into the system instead of being tossed in there ? but I'm excited for you!! I feel like you'd be great with all that time in healthcare. I hope you are applying to other schools also to keep your pool open
