Drexel ACE Nursing Program Spring 2021

Published

Hey, guys! I looked for a thread for Spring 2021 ACE admission at Drexel University but couldn't find one, so I figured I'd start one here. The priority deadline is approaching quickly so I thought this could be a good place for everyone to keep up to date on what the school needs and when people are hearing back (especially with things being so up in the air in our world right now). Has anyone else completed their application already?

when is the deadline for the Spring 2021 program? I was going to wait and apply for the fall of 2021

I don’t think there’s exactly a deadline. They accept applications until early next year. I would try to see when they start accepting for fall 2021

okay, thank you!

Does anyone know what exact cost of tuition fees alone is? for Jan 2021.

And does anyone know what the full total including housing, books, transport estimation would look like? Has anyone been able to get scholarships?

Hi, the cost is roughly 60K for the entire program. This doesn't include books, housing or transportation since it probably varies for each person. Drexel doesn't offer any scholarships so you would have to apply for private ones if you want any. It only offers federal loans

Damn. That's expensive! Do you happen to know any cheaper accelerated programs that are still taking applications? I got acceptance into Duquesne and initially planned on going there but financial issues came in and I am not sure how much aid I would get. So im trying to find a backup

CONGRATS! You have 60 days from when you get accepted ?

for the folks who aren't getting enough federal loans to cover the tuition, how are you planning on paying for the rest? if u dont mind sharing? my education was always funded by my parents but financial issues have hit hard and they cannot fund it and I doubt I will be able to work during the program. will most of yall be considering private loans

drexel is super expensive

I’m probably going to look into private loans from Sallie Mae. If you have a co-signer you can probably get a decent interest rate

Thanks! I was private loans too. Being in so much debt is super scary though
