Drexel ACE Fall 2017

Hey allnurses community! I noticed a group wasn't yet in existence for this cohort, and I was eager to connect with my potential future classmates. The priority deadline for applying to the fall 2017 cohort is October 15th. I received an email that my application status was complete on September 15th. The only thing I need to still finish is to CLEP Human Growth and Development. I plan to take the exam early October, and send my scores to Drexel ASAP. I am currently in a BSN program that I started this month, and my expected graduation date is Dec 2018. It is normally a 3 year program, but I entered already having a B.S. (which is not required at my current program) and many of my classes transferred in. I would love to be done with school sooner rather than later, and have always been attracted to the ACE 11 month program (and Philly!). Being that I would graduate fall of 2018 and from a renown program such as Drexel's, would be so great. I am so eager to hear back! After stalking the fall 2016 group, it seemed that the first people heard back at the end of October. I figured it would be easier for all of us applicants to deal with the waiting game together, so please don't hesitate to post if you've applied or plan to apply for this cohort!

Did you already have the "religious studies" credits prereq done when you applied?

Thank you, I had all the prerequisites completed except religion, patho. and chemistry.

I *just* finished my Drexel app moments ago (had to wait to order one last transcript until the records office was open because who remembers their student ID number from 12 years ago???).

I have microbiology left as my only prereq for Drexel.

I'm sure you'll do great and have your choice of where to attend.

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application at the beginning of September for the 24 month program, just waiting for my TOEFL scores to get in.

I still have prerequisites to take, currently enrolled in A&P II and Microbiology and will have to take HD Psychology next semester.

Anyone know who I can talk to about the statistics course I have on my transcript. It's Engineering Statistics, not sure if they'll accept it.

I also applied to Gwynedd, but Drexel is my first choice because of the timeline to graduation.

Are they completed now? It seems like those are the same ones that I need to complete. I was planning on applying for the Summer program but I think I will wait and apply for the Fall one since I need all three of those classes.

Hi guys! I also applied to Drexel's Fall Ace program. My application does say it is under review. Does anyone have any idea as to when they start telling us whether we got accepted or not?

From some of the Forums that I read it could be between November to December.
