Drexel ACE Fall 2017

Hey allnurses community! I noticed a group wasn't yet in existence for this cohort, and I was eager to connect with my potential future classmates. The priority deadline for applying to the fall 2017 cohort is October 15th. I received an email that my application status was complete on September 15th. The only thing I need to still finish is to CLEP Human Growth and Development. I plan to take the exam early October, and send my scores to Drexel ASAP. I am currently in a BSN program that I started this month, and my expected graduation date is Dec 2018. It is normally a 3 year program, but I entered already having a B.S. (which is not required at my current program) and many of my classes transferred in. I would love to be done with school sooner rather than later, and have always been attracted to the ACE 11 month program (and Philly!). Being that I would graduate fall of 2018 and from a renown program such as Drexel's, would be so great. I am so eager to hear back! After stalking the fall 2016 group, it seemed that the first people heard back at the end of October. I figured it would be easier for all of us applicants to deal with the waiting game together, so please don't hesitate to post if you've applied or plan to apply for this cohort!

    Hello, I applied to Drexel University in May for Fall 2017 . My application is complete and under review. I also applied to Villanova and Gwynedd Mercy University.

    I haven't heard anything yet but Villanova advisers stated that I should hear something by October 7th.

    I also just applied to the ACE program for Fall 2017 and I am just waiting for Drexel to receive my last college transcript. I am also looking to apply to other schools including Rutgers camden absn program.

    Hello I Applied for the fall 2017 2 year ACE Program, and I applied way back in July. It is killing me waiting to see if I have been accepted or not. I also applied to Gwynedd Mercy Nursing1 JT, have you heard back from them yet?

    Hi, I applied for the 24 month program as my first choice and the 11 month program for my second choice for the Fall 2017 at Drexel in the beginning of September. Also, I applied to Gwynedd, Lasalle, and Neumann since they have part time programs too. I am currently taking microbiology, and I am planning to take statistics next semester. Those are the only two prerequisites I have left. Did everyone finish taking all of their prerequisites? I am hoping to hear something by the beginning of November.

    When did you apply and hear back? I am thinking of applying for the spring 17 session to start and finish the program faster, but I figured it might be too late. Am I able to apply for the spring 17 cohort as my second choice, just as some of you have applied for the 24 month as your second choice?
